Broadside. 13" x 8-1/2." Printed in black and green on orange stock. Light wear to the extremities including a small closed tear to the top, right margin.

A wonderfully designed broadside in a 19th style with 5 or 6 different typefaces. The benefit auction was to be held at the Alouette Restaurant, 1121 Polk Street on Tuesday, March 8. No year is noted, but as Bender died a few days before this benefit auction, it stands to reason that this was the hasty product of an outpouring of love for a man who did so much for the arts.
