Wrappers are rubbed and a bit toned; minor chipping to the fore-edge of both front and rear; contents are clean.

The work was first printed by Dean & Munday in 1823 and is here presented as Vol. II in the Leadenhall Press "Series of Forgotten Picture Books for Children." Comprised of riddles and counting-out rhymes, all part of a child's game whose instructions serve as a preface.
