Quarto. [4], 59, [1] pp. French fold. Limited edition, number 32 of 510 copies, this is from a portion of the limitation printed on Brown's hand-made paper. As issued in japan vellum backed paper over boards with plain publisher's wrapper and slipcase. The binding is quite bright but for some minor chipping at the head of the spine; a few of the french fold leaves have been opened revealing the blanks; the publisher's jacket is heavily worn at the spine with some chipping and separation starting, but it has done its job to keep the binding fresh; slipcase is similarly worn with some loss to the top and bottom rails at the opening; neverthless, scarce to find all the pieces present. A nicely printed edition of this classic address delivered at Cambridge in 1837. A striking title page spread.
