Some toning to the wrappers; creasing to the rear wrapper accompanied by a small closed tear; lengthwise crease to the pamphlet as a whole from being folded; contents are clean. A remarkably uncommon form of this address James Francis Crocker which is more typically seen in a 1915 collection with "Other War Addresses." OCLC records about a dozen institutional holdings. Of a collected edition of Crocker's addresses, Nevins writes, "Patriotic addresses by a survivor of the 9th Virginia and Pickett's Charge" CWB I, 76. This edition not in Dornbusch.
