Richmond: Enquirer Book and Job Press | Tyler, Wise, Allegre and Smith, 1862. Half Leather. Very Good binding. Item #6086

Octavo. 178 pp. Confederate imprint. Bound in later sheep backed boards with corners, title in gold on the spine. Light wear to the extremities; some stainining/toning to the preliminary and terminal leaves, but largely a clean copy in what appears to be an early 20th century binding. Interesting inquiry by the C.S.A. Congress into two early and important Union victories in the Western Theater. This present copy does not include the "Report of Brigadier-General Tilghman, on the bombardment of Fort Henry" that is appended to Parrish & Willingham 891.

Price: $650.00
