New Conquest of the Air, or the Advent of Aerial Navigation
New York: Moffat, Yard and Company, 1918. Cloth. Good binding / Fair dust jacket. Item #11616
12mo. [10], 200 pp., frontis, plates, illus. Second edition. In publisher's cloth-backed boards with paper title labels on the front cover and spine; with dust jacket. This is a very bright copy with only trivial war but unfortunately the final preliminary leaf has been very neatly excised. The recto of the list contained the final page of his of illustrations; we presume the verso was blank; the text of the book is complete and all plate are present; the rare dust jacket has loss along the top edge of the front panel and spine; loss to the bottom of the spine; generally soiled.
