Binding is just a trifle soiled; printed paper spine label with minor rubbing and toning; contents are generally clean but for some occasion pencil marginalia; a few dog-eared pages.
A short-lived quarterly that appears to have only made it through its second volume (basing this on the holdings at the Library of Virginia). The focus appears to be on reprinting early material related to colonial Virginia and Virginia families up through the early/mid 19th century.
