Front board is detached and the rear is starting; spine desiccated and title label is perished; contents are generally clean but for occasional quires with intense foxing/toning; also there is occasional evidence of early dampstaining; bookplate on the front pastedown identifies this as having been given by William J. Kelley to the Insurance Library Association of Boston in 1905. Small association pressure stamp on the title page as well as Kelley's name at the top of the front free endpaper. "Mr. Marshall discusses, condenses, and illustrates the Decisions with ability, and draws information from foreign as well as domestic sources" Marvin, p. 500. Shaw & Shoemaker 8837.
